Applications
1.End Heating
Induction forging refers to the use of an induction heater to pre-heat metals prior to deformation using a press or hammer. Typically metals are heated to between 1,100 and 1,200 °C (2,010 and 2,190 °F) to increase their malleability and aid flow in the forging die.Induction End heating is widely used for bolts making.

2.Quenching
Hardening uses heat and rapid cooling (quenching) to increase the hardness, strength and/or durability of steel. Heating steel or iron above their upper critical temperatures, modifies the crystal structure of the metal to a form called Austenite. With this atomic arrangement the carbon can then freely migrate to a new location.
Hardening result depends upon a complex interaction of process parameters such as coil and quench design, material analysis, component geometry, heating frequency, heating power and quenching cycles.
