Introuduce:

Suspended overband belt electro magnetic separator can be suspend on the steel beam or fixed on shelves.Work with various kinds of conveyor belt, 0.1~35kg ferrous material can be remove from the incompact non-ferrous materials, which is a good choice for improving the quality of material, protecting the equipments in next step.
Contain:supporting frame, iron cleaning belt, exciter coi, iron core, shell, driving drum, driven drum,motor,reducer,etc.

Electronic control panel:

Electro overband magnet must be worked with electronic control panel,below is a part of control panel function:

1.Power Supply: The electronic control panel supplies power to the electro magnet unit and associated components.The electronic control panel converts AC electricity to DC, providing the electromagnetic magnet with the power needed to generate magnetic force. This conversion is crucial as it enables the magnet to create a strong magnetic field.

2.Magnet Activation:controling the activation and deactivation of the magnet's electromagnetic field. When activated, the magnet generates a strong magnetic field that attracts ferrous materials.

3.Variable Strength Control:allowing for adjustment of the magnetic field strength. This feature is useful for optimizing the magnet's performance based on the material being processed or the operating conditions. 

4.Safety Features:including safety features such as emergency stop buttons and overload protection circuits. These ensure safe operation and prevent damage to the equipment.

5.Monitoring and indication: including indicators or displays that show the status of the magnet (on/off) and may provide diagnostic information in case of malfunctions.   

6. Remote Operation:supporting remote operation, allowing operators to control the magnet from a distance using switches or a control interface.

How to work:

Closed aluminium coil with load( exciter)can produce magnetic field. The exciting coil rolled around the iron core to be welded on the undersurface of yoke. Release heat through shell and heat discharge exit.Through motor to drive the conveyor belt running, auto-removing iron realized.
When the electro overband magnet running according to the operation program,the iron in the material should be attracted by the strong magnetic field strength,at the moment that the power of the reducer passes on to the iron discharging belt through the chain ,chain wheel and the driving roller,will force flings the attracted iron out of the transportation belt,then get the goal of iron-cleaning.

Suspended Magnetic separators are also used in combination with metal detectors to offer complete peace of mind. This will ensure that any metal material embedded or trapped in or under the ore that may escape the magnetic separator do not pass the metal detector. Once a metal detector is tripped, the conveyor will stop and human intervention is required. This will ensure no metal components end up in the process that will cause costly problems.
