The SW-400T drilling rig is equipped with appropriate drilling tools and can drill in Quaternary strata such as clay layers, sandy soil layers, weathered rocks, and bedrock. The drilling rig has reasonable design, complete supporting facilities and superior performance. It can realize drilling with various techniques (such as positive mud circulation, air foam drilling, pneumatic down-the-hole hammer drilling, gas lift reverse circulation drilling, etc.) to adapt to different formations.

Main features:
1). The drilling rig is equipped with four hydraulic outriggers. The four outriggers can operate simultaneously or independently, which facilitates quick leveling of the drill rig. Moreover, the two rear outriggers can be extended horizontally, which improves the stability of the entire drilling rig.
2). The turntable is a lever type and uses hypoid gear transmission internally. The transmission is smooth and the torque transmitted is large.
3). The drilling rig is equipped with a large-displacement reciprocating piston pump produced by a well-known domestic manufacturer. It has large flow rate and high pressure, which can ensure the smooth progress of drilling construction.
4). The main and auxiliary winches have large lifting force, which can meet the needs of normal drilling and have the ability to handle ordinary well accidents.
5). This drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary rod-unloading cylinder. This cylinder is used to push the turntable ratchet to rotate in the opposite direction, and then the first button of the drill pipe joint is detached, and then the turntable is used to reverse the rod-unloading operation. This greatly reduces labor intensity and increases the life of the machine parts.
