SYI PU Coating Ductile Iron Pipes
SYI can supply the Centrifugally Cast Ductile Iron Tyton Push-in Joint Socket and Spigot Pipe according to ISO2531, EN545, EN598 from DN80 to DN2000, including K7, K8, K9, K10,K12, K14, C20, C25, C30, C40, C50, C64, C100, with the coating of Metallic Zinc (130-400g/m2), Zn-Al Alloy 85/15, Black Bitumen coating, Red/Blue Epoxy coating, Cement lining or PU or PUA (polyurethane) coating (as per EN 15198) for new water.

Feature:

5.Coating does not scale, the water will not be polluted by microorganisms in the water or oxidation rust, no secondary pollution, can ensure permanent water flow and water cleanliness unchanged.
PU Internal Coating Application:
1.Can be used for water supply projects, can also be used to transport waste water with a high content of solid particles,
industrial water and surface water, and pipe installation when the tilt is large, resulting in high flow rate environment.
2. PU lined ductile iron pipes in line with the requirements of the standard can transport all types of water, domestic sewage and various types of industrial waste water, ductile iron pipes can not transport less than PH1 or more than PH13 sewage.
