1, Description of polypropylene pp fiber :
ELT-fiber Made by 100% virgin homopolymer polypropylene pp resins to multifilament ( monofilament ) fibers was produced by our patent advanced technology for fiber spinning, modified by adding functional additive and special surface-treating.
After Mixing into cement concrete, polypropylene pp fiber has many advantages such as good dispersing, better water affinity,strong linking force.
It is suited for reinforce and crack-resist to every kinds of cement concrete and mortar, specially used in engineering of building surface, floor, wall etc…..
ELT-Fiber have five type:
Micro Synthetic Fiber : monofilament and Fibrillated.
Macro Synthetic Fiber: Wave, Twist / hybrid, Embossed.
ELT-Fiber for concrete reinforcement that complies with ASTM C 1116 or EN14889-2
Standard Specification for Fiber Reinforced Concrete and Shotcrete.

3, Applying Instructions of polypropylene pp fiber
1), Matching Ratio:
Usually, it is no need to Change the matching ratio of the concrete. Considering the requirement of fissure-resistant, the polymer fiber is recommend to combine withThe polypropylene fiber mesh with the volume ratio of 1: 1 ( 0.9kg fiber-mesh per sqm Of cement concrete).
2), Mixer Adoption: Double-axle horizontal compelling mixer is priority.
3), Mixing process:
Crushed stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession.After stirring for two minutes, fiber will fully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally.
The addition of materials also can be put into as common concrete, but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to make fiber completely Mixed.
4), Shaping & Maintenance
There is no special requirement, may along the vibrating time for 30s,
The maintenance of the fibre concrete should be done same as the normal concrete.
5), Economy:
Compared with steel fiber, Polymer fibre has the advantages of corrosion and wear-resistant reducing 50% cost with same volume to steel fibre.
