Plastic Mixed Double Color Injection Molding Machine
FEATURES
The injection molding of the hybrid two-color injection molding machine uses the thermophysical properties of plastic plasticity. The plastic raw materials of different colors enter two or more barrels through the funnel, and the heating coil on the barrel heats the internal plastic into a molten state. There is a rotating screw in the barrel. Under the driving action of the screw, the material in the molten state is transported forward along the screw groove and compacted. The material slowly begins to plasticize, melt and homogenize under the dual action of the shear force of the screw and external heating. When the screw rotates, the molten material is pushed to the head of the screw under the action of shearing force and the frictional force of the screw groove. At the same time, under the reaction of the material, the screw retreats and gradually forms at the head of the screw. The space for storing materials can complete the whole plasticizing process. Then, under the thrust of two or more injection cylinder pistons, two or more screws inject the material in the storage chamber into the mold cavity of the mold in the form of high speed and high pressure. After the molten material in the mold is kept under pressure, cooled and fixed and
plasticized, under the action of the mold clamping mechanism, the mold is opened, and the ejector device ejects the shaped product inside, which completes the entire injection molding process. In this process, it is all completed automatically, and the mixed color plastic products of the mixed two-color injection molding machine are formed.
