YK-PM2-100-2PT Pad Printing Machine can print 2 colors at one time. This machine is printing with pad shuttle. It is printing speed reach 3000 pcs per hour.
It is with closed ink cup, can save 60% ink and 90% thinner. Closed ink cup to drive by independent cylinder, so that can ensure removing ink completely and prolong the life of sealed cup and steel plate.
Cylinder of YK-PM2-100-2PT is German FES-TO brand. Electrical components are imported from Japan. Vacuum system is from Taiwan. It meets CE standard, with very stable running.
The wolfram steel scraper which is made by the newest Nanotechnology is used on the sealed cup pad printer,with a degree of HRC63 of the hardness on the surface,it also have high resistance and can be used for almost 3,000,000 times.This type of the machine is more environmental and can save more ink when compare with the traditional ink-well pad printer.
