200 air jet sieve is a lab sieving machine used to measure particle size distribution of powdered materials. It is divided into 2 models: 200 Series Economic Air Jet Sieve and 200 Series Intelligent Air Jet Sieve. The former meets basic requirement on air jet sieving and the latter is designed for offering user more powerful air jet sieving experience.

Patented slotted nozzle transfer negative pressure generated by a vacuum, to driving force, this force drives particles upward and collide them with sieve cover in order to break the
agglomerations, the dispersed particles are then sucked by negative air towards standard
test sieve. Bigger particles stay on the sieve cloth and smaller are collected by the vacuum air bag. It is an ideal sieving on the powder. Change to standard test sieves to continue until the particle size distribution is obtained.

Intelligent Air Jet Sieve is an intelligent air jet sieve developed on basis of the economic model. It consists of touch panel, microprocessor controller, stepping motor, negative pressure sensor and patented nozzle etc. In addition to meeting basic requirement on the air jet sieving, 200 Series Intelligent Air Jet Sieve features touch panel, testing pressure real time monitor and control, SOP time, SOP rotating speed, adjustable rotating speed, connectable to electric balance, auto calculation of test results. Further more it has world leading open mesh function and extends the test range enormously. It can also work with optional sample collector to save undersize sample for further analysis.

1. How long is the delivery time?
Normally goods will be shipped out within 7-10days after contract signed and down payment received.

Yes, but depends on MOQ.
3. What's your MOQ?
This depends on different types of products. If it is a large machine, the MOQ is usually 1 set. For small instruments, such as thermometers, the MOQ is 50 pieces.
4. What kind of payment term you accept?
Normally,
1) If total contract value less than USD 10,000.00 : 100% T/T in advance after contract signed.
2) If total contract value more than USD 10000.00 : 50% T/T in advance after contract signed and 50% T/T after receipt of BL copy. Or, irrevocable LC is acceptable.
