Wood splitters are machines used to cut logs into small pieces of wood that will fit into a fireplace or wood stove. These machines include three basic parts: a cradle to hold the log, a splitting blade and a hydraulic cylinder operated by a pump that pushes the log into the blade. Certain wood splitters have a mobile blade. In this case the blade is pushed against the wood in order to cut it.

Dibo Machinery are proud to unveil our new range of firewood Processor.As the main purpose of the wood splitter is to split logs into pieces small enough to fit inside a fireplace or wood stove, choosing the right wood splitter depends largely on the type of wood you'll be splitting and the frequency at which you'll use the machine. Note that this machine doesn't function like a sawmill and won't cut logs into usable lumber. It only splits logs into smaller pieces lengthwise making them fitting for a fireplace or wood stove.
We have tried to keep the operation simple, easy and safe. The saw will not engage until the safety handle is used and guards are down. If the guard is raised the hydraulic system will automatically stop the saw and splitter from working for increased operator safety. Once the timber has been sawn and dropped into the splitting area the ram will automatically engage pushing the log into the fully height adjustable 4 way splitting head.
Dibo wood splitter is a fantastic processor,A single joystick controls all functions for easy operation and less user fatigue allowing the operator to get the most from the machine throughout the day , exceptionally high outputs are easily achievable, it is one of the best machines in its class.
The machine has a powered in the feed conveyor belt, with a non-ship surface to help pull even bent timber into the machine.
Paddle supports hold the log as it is cut, then release it into the splitter, dramatically reducing the chances of a log falling wrongly into the splitter.
The powerful 30ton splitter pushes the log through the hydraulically adjustable splitting knife, before sending the split timber up a slewing output conveyor.
This machine is equipped with large wheel and a strong adjustable drawbar for towing and maneuvering.
