This throat microphone is a tough heavy duty solution for those needing to communicate in a high noisy environment. It's adjustable,allowing it to fit various neck sizes. It is a dual electret condenser throat mic, with an lapel clip push-to-talk(PTT) button. A reversible surveillance style earpiece with mushroom tipped connector will work in either ear.
