(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we exclusively accept OEM/ODM orders. All paper boxes are custom-made with your unique design and artwork. If you don't have a design, our professional designers are at your service to create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, delivery takes 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, yes, you can request samples to evaluate our quality. We offer blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
To provide an accurate quote, please supply the following details of the desired paper box: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requirements.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Generally, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?

(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder. Provide their contact details, and I will coordinate the shipment.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide the airport or seaport information. I will give you a quotation and manage the shipment. Even if you lack experience, our marketing team will offer professional shipping advice. We can provide air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
