Hydraulic telescopic boom type marine lifting machinery is a device and machinery provided by ships for loading and unloading goods. It is mainly used for lifting and loading and unloading goods on maritime transport ships. It is composed of several major components such as telescopic boom, rotating mechanism, lifting device, power device, hydraulic system, etc. The whole machine can achieve 360 degree free rotation lifting.
Overview of Characteristics
1) The turning torque is large and can withstand a comprehensive inclination angle of 5.38 ° (standard sea conditions) for the ship, even reaching 8.96 °, with a Pugh wind level of 6.
2) Built in oil cylinder expansion and contraction provides more reliable performance, and the anti-corrosion performance of the plated oil cylinder is better.
3) The overall structure of the crane is sealed to prevent the influence of humid environments. The internal key components are well protected, achieving the purpose of corrosion prevention.
Process treatment:
1. External surface treatment of marine cranes due to the long-term use of marine cranes in humid salt spray environments, the requirements for surface anti-corrosion treatment are stricter than other types of cranes.
2. All shaft components are chrome plated the outer surface of structural components is sprayed with three layers of paint: epoxy zinc rich primer, cloud iron intermediate paint, and polyurethane acrylic topcoat. After the whole machine is debugged, polyurethane acrylic topcoat is sprayed, and the factory paint film thickness reaches 210-280um.
Due to the limitations of production and processing conditions, the galvanizing of structural components cannot achieve the expected goals, so the method of galvanizing is no longer used for anti-corrosion treatment, but is ensured by spraying technology.

If the deck has strong load-bearing beams or floors, the base of the marine crane can be directly welded and fixed to the beams. If the deck is thin and the supporting structure below the deck is sparse, it is necessary to equip the ship's lifting machinery with a support base.
