THD series hopper dryers are mainly applied to plastic material drying efficiently. High temperature hot air makes the moisture content of raw materials low and stable after drying, which can meet the technical and quality requirements of plastic production. Hopper capacities range from 12~600kgs can be offered for selection.

1. The hot air inlet elbow design of the up-blow dryer can prevent dust piling up at the bottom of the heaters to avoid burning.
2. To adopt hot air diffuser device of shade separator and screen separator for acquiring an even hot air flow to keep the plastics dry at an even temperature and improve drying efficiency.
3. Sound-proof blower isolate the dust entering the raw material to ensure material free from contamination.
4. All material contact surfaces are made of stainless steel to avoid material contamination.
5. Precise aluminum casting hopper barrel features smooth surface & good performance on temperature keeping.
6. Hopper barrel separated from its base, easy cleaning and change material quickly.
7 Hopper barrel and base are fitted with see-through windows to observe inside material level.
8. Equipped with inlet cover, easy to install autoloader.
9. Double Safety device with overheat and overload protection. Reduce accidents caused by human or mechanical failure.
10. Hot air recyclers(option)to make hot air form a semi-closed circulated loop to speed up hot air circulation for shorten heating time to achieve energy saving up to 30%.
11. Exhaust-air filter can be installed (option), filter dust to avoid air pollution, ensure the clean working environment,hopper magnet also can be installed for screening iron debris and other functions.
12. Optional 7-day auto start/stop timers,automatic switch on and off once a week, can save electricity and effectively arrange work efficiency.

Function: Weekly timing automatic switch on and off,can save electricity and effective arrangement of work to improve efficiency.
2. Hot Air Recycling Filter
Function: Time-saving, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection - can be used with hopper dryer together to make the hot air form a semi-close circulation loop, accelerate the hot air circulation speed, can reduce the loss,can save energy 30%,in addition,hot air recycling cycle,can avoid the temperature rise in the factory, and effective arrangement of work to improve efficiency.
3. Exhaust Air Filter
Function:Filter dryer discharge dust to avoid air pollution efficiency up to 99%.
4. Material Suction Box/Material Shut-off Suction Box
Function: Material suction box / material shut-off suction box is installed under the floor stand of hopper dryer and material storage tank to convey the raw material.
5. Magnet Seat
Function: Metal debris in the plastic material can be absorbed to protect the screw of IMM to avoid damage effectively, hinge design is convenient disassemble for easy cleaning magnetic rack.
6. Hopper Magnet
Function: Absorb iron of raw material or regrind material,prevent iron from falling into the IMM and avoid to damage the screw.
 

Self-contained design is especially suitable for direct installation on the IMM for drying which is fast and save space. The separate type design can be combined with different type of floor stand and conveying function in one, especially suitable for the height of the factory is limited by large and vertical IMM.
