1).How many people loading? (6persons means 450kg, 8persons means 630kg, 10persons means 800kg,13persons means 1000kg etc.)
2).How many floors does the elevator travel?
3).What's the shaft size? Shaft width and shaft depth?
4).Is there a machine room on top of the shaft? Photos on sites will be helpful for us to design more exact elevators for you.

Q2. What about price level?

Q3. How long is the production cycle of the elevator?
Usually 25days, but urgent production, for example 20days is also available.
Q4. How to do the elevator installation?
Normally, you can ask local installation team to do that.There are many elevator engineers as long as there are many elevators in your country.On the other hand, we have many professional installation and maintenance partners in different countries, we can also recommend them to you, and we can also arrange our engineers to install elevator and escalator on your sites, that will take more installation cost but quality will be the best.
Q5. How about your aftersales service?
We have a long-time and regular aftersales service system both in maintenance solution and spare parts provision. We have regular on-site inspection plan for all installed elevators by our agents or by our engineers timely, to ensure the elevator and escalator run-ning with stable performance all the time. Our quality guarantee time is 18months~20months when other suppliers only give 12months.
Q6.How to perform subsequent maintenance on the product?
We will send installation & maintaining manual along with the escalator in the container.
