EMC testing and radiation anti-interference testing both require the EUT to be exposed to a specific distance from the horn aperture surface (such as 1000 millimeters) and obtain a pulse peak field strength at a certain level (such as 600V/M). Due to near-field gain compression, most speakers will experience a decrease in field strength at the required distance. The HD-EMCHA EMC measurement horn antenna series is an antenna specifically designed for EMC measurement. During the design process, optimization was carried out for this issue. In addition to adopting the principle of low aperture field difference design, special amplitude and phase control techniques were also used on the E-face of the horn to improve the distribution of aperture field on the E-face. Can be used for EMC measurement and establishing standard microwave field sources for various levels of metrology departments. The antenna is formed by copper plate silver welding or aluminum plate argon arc welding or aluminum brazing, with high structural strength, stable and reliable performance.

A: 1.We will manufacture these products based on the mechanical drawings you provided. Some minor alterations might occur during the process of production to ensure we can meet your electrical specs requirements. Alternatively, we may go for the first set as samples and see whether it meet your specification requirements. After communication, the buyer and the seller reach an agreement on product details, packaging, purchase quantity, unit price, delivery time and payment terms.
