PTFE
Product Description

Black PTFE moulded tube is a high-performance tubular product made from polytetrafluoroethylene through a moulding process.
- Production Process
- Moulding: The production of black PTFE moulded tubes typically involves the moulding process. PTFE powder is first poured into a mould with a specific shape and size. Then, through processes such as compression and heating, the PTFE powder is formed into a tubular shape that conforms to the mould.
- Sintering: After moulding, the tubes are sintered at high temperatures. This process fuses the PTFE particles together, improving the density and mechanical properties of the tubes and making them more durable and reliable.
- Finishing: Finally, the sintered tubes undergo finishing processes such as cutting and polishing to achieve the required dimensions and surface quality.
