PTFE
Product Description

White PTFE moulded tube is a high-performance tubular product made from polytetrafluoroethylene through a moulding process.
- Production Process
- Moulding: The production of white PTFE moulded tubes typically involves the moulding process. PTFE powder is first poured into a mould with a specific shape and size. Then, through processes such as compression and heating, the PTFE powder is formed into a tubular shape that conforms to the mould.
- Sintering: After moulding, the tubes are sintered at high temperatures. This process fuses the PTFE particles together, improving the density and mechanical properties of the tubes and making them more durable and reliable.
- Finishing: Finally, the sintered tubes undergo finishing processes such as cutting and polishing to achieve the required dimensions and surface quality.

Polytetrafluoroethylene tubes are divided into three types
The pipe with outer diameter of 1mm-25mm and wall thickness of 0.1mm-2.5mm is made of imported dispersed polytetrafluoroethylene resin extruded by plunger paste; Tubes with outer diameter of 25mm-200mm and wall thickness of 1.5mm-8mm are made of suspended polytetrafuoroethylene resin by pushing and pressing. The pipe with outer diameter of 25mm-1200mm and wall thickness of 5mm to 500mm is made by molding.
