Thermal insulation clay brick product description
The bulk weight of light insulation brick is 0.60 ~1.25g/cm3. Operating temperature range is 900 ºC to 1600ºC. Each grade is uniquely designed to meet different thermal, physical and chemical requirements. Lightweight insulation bricks are made of high-quality ultra-pure raw materials and are strictly classified according to their grade of filling. Each face of the brick is machined and ground to the exact size required. The material profited by reducing fuel costs, construction costs, and time spent in high-temperature furnaces.

Application of thermal insulation clay brick
Other refractory materials hot surface refractory lining or backing insulation layer. Refractory lining or heat insulation materials for industrial furnaces in petroleum and chemical industry, such as ethylene cracking furnaces, tube furnaces, synthetic ammonia reforming furnaces, gas producer furnaces, high-temperature shuttle furnaces, etc.
