Product features
1. When the well temperature is 50ºC, it can be miscible and reduce viscosity.
2. When the extraction temperature is below 30°C, it will not coagulate and maintain an emulsified state, which is convenient for extraction and demulsification.
3. It has a unique viscosity-reducing effect on high colloidal and bituminous heavy oil. The dosage is small, and it is diluted at a ratio of 1:100 during application, which will not affect the demulsification and dehydration of crude oil.
4. After using this viscosity reducer, the viscosity of heavy oil can be reduced from 10000mPa·s to below 100mPa·s, and the viscosity reduction rate is not less than 98%.
5. It does not affect the process and oil quality of crude oil refining process.

Scope and method of use
1. For the steam huff and puff pretreatment of extra heavy oil block, the hot water of the joint station can be used to formulate the viscosity reducer at a ratio of 1:100 (ie: take 1kg of the viscosity reducer and add the hot water of the joint station to 100kg).
2. When applying, according to the viscosity of the heavy oil, the ratio of 7:2-7:3 can be added to reduce the viscose (ie: 7 parts of oil, 2 parts or 3 parts of viscosifier).
3. The effect is better when the agent is used in thermal recovery heavy oil wells. When using this agent, the well temperature should not be lower than 60°C, and the shut-in time should not be lower than 24 hours.
4. When in use, the prepared solution is injected into the well regularly and quantitatively from the annular space of the wellbore, and the agent is fully miscible with the heavy oil through the action of the pump, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing viscosity and producing.
5. The ratio of viscosity reducer used can be determined according to the actual water content of the oil well, prepared according to the standard concentration, and injected into the liquid medicine.
