Product Description
Description
Manual balancing valves are shut-off and regulating fittings designed to hydraulically connect individual circuits or branches (risers) in a heating system. In addition to heating systems, the valves can also be used in water supply systems to restrict the flow of user groups and to balance circulation pipes.
Field of application
Balancing valves are used in heating and water supply systems in buildings.

Hydraulic characteristics
Installation conditions
The balancing valve can be installed in any mounting position. The position of the valve must allow for convenient adjustment.
The direction of the working medium flow should coincide with the direction of the arrow on the valve body.
The valves should be installed in accordance with the requirements of SP73.13330.2012 "Internal sanitary engineering systems".
The balancing valve should be installed at the end of the regulated circuit to prevent it from blowing out.
When installing the valves it is forbidden to apply to them torques exceeding the values specified in the table:
DN 15 20 25 32 40 50
Maximum torque, Nm 30 40 50 60 70 80
Operating conditions
The products must be operated at the pressure and temperature specified in the technical data table.
Do not operate the valve with the handle screw removed or loosened.
Do not allow solvents, paints and other substances aggressive to the handle material to come into contact with the valve handle.
