Three axes AC servo driven high speed robot is extensively applied to horizontal IMM from 100~400T which are mainly designed for rapid and precise removal on strict demands of good appearance of finished products and sprues. Full AC servo motors are driven on three axes (traverse/crosswise/main arm), The use of total current communication control, fast response speed, accurate positioning, strong anti-interference ability, can realize the robot ultra-high speed operation, according to the size of the machine, with ultra-high speed take out time 0.35 sec, the dry cycle time 5 sec, all linear movement is controlled by servo driven motor to cooperate with high rigidity structure of liner guiderail to achieve high precision take out.

Features

1. Micro-computer control system was programmed with moresafety protection functions to provide safeguard for operator and IMM. In addition, we also can write the special program to meet customers' special requirements for matching the various molds and grippers.
2. Palm controller incorporate changeable Chinese / Englishscreen page,easy learning, multi-functions and programs are provided for selection, automatically detecting, displayingand recording the malfunctions, conveniently maintain and problem solving.
3. Full AC servo motors are driven on three axes(traverse/crosswise/main arm), with light structure and fast response control system, the arm can do arc action to realize the robot ultra-high speed operation, take-out at super high-speed 0.65 sec, dry cycle time 5 sec,suitable for thin wall molding&other high speed take-out application.
4. High rigidity structure design, stable construction, low vibration, abiding and long service life.
5. The telescopic type of vertical arm adopt high rigid alloy beam with the trait of light weight,strong structure, special design belt with double speed which can decrease the height of whole robot not only to meet the requirement of factory height limitation but also to increase vertical speed and stable performance.
6. High performance imported AC servomotor. Working withhigh precise linear guiderail and imported steel wire belt driven result in high speed, low noise. precision position at ±0.1mm.
7. Program can be edited according to product requirement which can apply to rapid removal, insert, or complicated automation occasion. It can realize special motion such as array,stack,counting,sample etc.
8. Jig circuit: molded parts quickly remove from the mold andslow drop outside the mold to place the parts,with the action function of "quick take and put down gently" to realizestable and perfect removal action and place products safely according to different products with various jigs.
9. In addition, AC/BC rotation axes can be customized for meeting customers' various products requirement.
10. Multiple protections: the maximum end position is equipped with limit switches, all direction of end position equipped with ant anti-collision device which can prevent the motion out of control. Complete safeguard for IMM and robot to ensure safety running.
11. Assembled parts and structures design adopt oilless device, easy maintenance and long service life. (Guiderail and slider should be oiled regularly)

Application
