Product Description
CZC7T series intelligent charger uses high-performance embedded charging control
unit to control the charging current, and provides continuously adjustable charging current
for various batteries and lithium batteries through the main circuit module optimized by
parameters to meet various charging process requirements.
The charging controller composed of embedded system can control the charging
process in real time, detect and record the charging process data.
The main circuit of parameter optimization design. Under the control of the charging
controller, the charging current and voltage of the module are continuously controllable,
allowing users to charge various batteries and lithium batteries for different purposes with
appropriate charging curves to ensure the best charging effect.
The charging controller has a built-in default charging curve. At the same time, users
can also set and store customized charging curves as required to meet customized
charging process requirements.
The charger controller has a simple and practical man-machine interface. Set charging
parameters on the LCD touch screen, display various parameters and states of the charging
process, and facilitate users to understand the charging process in real time.
The charging controller monitors various parameters in the charging process in real
time, so that the charger has perfect protection function and the charging process can be
protected in real time. At the same time, it also provides communication interface and
protection output interface, and provides interlocking control with other equipment.
Main functions of charger:
1. Man machine interface: 4.3 "serial port LCD color touch screen is used to display
charging process parameters; Set various parameters in charging stage.
2. Charging data record: On the LCD screen, check the charging process event record
EEPROM records charging data and can analyze the recorded data.
SD card records the charging process curve and reads it through PC. (Optional)
3. Scheduled time charging function: it can set the starting time of regular charging, and
use the electricity at the bottom of the valley for charging to save electricity charges.
14. Set parameter power loss protection: for the parameters set by the user, the system can
remember them for a long time without losing them in case of power failure.
5. Phase sequence of input power: there is no phase sequence requirement for the power
grid, and three-phase inputs A, B and C can be wired at will.
6. Special charging function: forced start (0V) function, connection line falling off
during charging, automatic shutdown of charger (battery falling off detection).
7. Protection function: fault protection and alarm function of open circuit, reverse
connection, over-current, over-voltage, overheating and power supply failure.
8. Output control interface: relevant alarm contact output. (Optional).
9. Emergency stop function: in case of uncontrollable abnormality, the emergency stop
button can be used to force the shutdown
