Single-effect forced circulation evaporator is a type of evaporator that utilizes a single-stage evaporation process with the assistance of external circulation (e.g., a pump) to enhance the heat transfer efficiency and evaporation rate. In this evaporator, the liquid feed is continuously circulated through the system by a pump to maintain a high velocity and prevent the formation of deposits on the heat transfer surfaces. This design allows for better control of the evaporation process and enables the concentration of the liquid product. The evaporated vapor is typically removed from the system and condensed for further processing.
