Hopper receivers are fitted with sensors to control materials suction smoothly. Diverse hopper receivers - stainless steel type and optics type are provided according to customers' various requirements. Stainless steel hopper receivers ensure no contamination to raw materials and they are equipped with see-through windows to monitor materials levels which are especially suitable for application of optics. They can be mounted onto IMM directly or hopper dryer and give more convenient on cleaning or changing materials.

1. Hopper receiver is made of all stainless steel structure to ensure the raw material free from contamination which can work with detachable autoloaders together.
2. To adopt stainless steel of mechanical flap that no need to be adjusted with different raw material.
3. The hopper receiver and base are locked by clamp which is easy to dismantle & clean material conveniently.
4. The hopper receiver is particularly designed for optical grade products to reduce the influence of powder to cause any defects for enhancing product qualities.
5. Autoloaders equip with photoelectric sensors which are mounted onto the feeding port of IMM; autoloaders equip with magnetic reed switch which are mounted onto the hopper dryers.
6. All of them are designed with glass tube to match electrostatic capacitance sensor, which can accurately detect raw material conveying.
7. To be fitted with stainless steel screener, can remove dust in time.
8. Using diaphragm valves, several central hopper receivers share one blower for centralized feeding syste.

The hopper receivers are divided into vacuum hopper receiver and photoelectric hopper receiver. The vacuum hopper receiver can be directly installed on the hopper dryer and suction action is controlled by magnetic reed switch. The photoelectric hopper receiver can be directly installed on the IMM and loading action of autoloader is controlled by photoelectric switch. Built-in vacuum diaphragm valve can be matched with a central vacuum generator and central control station for systematic conveying.
