TONY comprehensive wood chipper is a specialized piece of equipment designed to reduce various wooden items and scrap wood into smaller pieces or fragments. It accomplishes this by using the impact force generated by high-speed rotating blades or hammers to break down the wood into chunks or shavings. Wood crushers are commonly employed in the woodworking and recycling industries, as well as in the processing of biomass energy.
TONY comprehensive wood chipper can handle a wide range of wood materials, such as old furniture, construction templates, pallets, branches, and tree trunks. The resulting wood chips or particles can be utilized for various purposes, including paper production, plywood manufacturing, animal bedding, or as fuel for heating systems, thus providing both economic value and environmental benefits

1) The rotor speed is adjustable
The machine can be modified according to the specific requirements of customers, such as adjusting the corresponding parts to change the speed of the rotor, in order to meet the different requirements of customers on the discharge particle size and production capacity.
2) Unique design
Thanks to decades of experience, we have created a special shock-absorbing buffer design. This design protects the rotor, reduces maintenance costs, and extends the service life of the machine.
3) Mandatory automatic feeding system
Start the oil pump, the cylinder piston extends, the swing device rises and falls, and the upper feeding roller automatically ADAPTS to the feeding nature. This function enables the machine to adapt to a wide range of raw materials, making the feeding process smoother.
The machine can be modified according to the specific requirements of customers, such as adjusting the corresponding parts to change the speed of the rotor, in order to meet the different requirements of customers on the discharge particle size and production capacity.

10) Interlock control of feeding system to avoid feeding blockage
In normal operation, the feeding motor and the chain conveying motor work simultaneously.
Once a blockage occurs, the feed system stops feeding and the two feed motors reverse along with the chain conveyor.
When the feed is too much, the main motor current increases, the frequency of the inverter decreases, the speed of the two feed motors slows down, and the feed amount decreases.
When the current of the main motor decreases to a certain value, the frequency of the inverter increases, the speed of the two feed motors speeds up, and the feed rate increases.
The control process is achieved by equipping a wireless remote control.
9) Overload protection
The main motor is started by the soft start switch, the circuit has overload protection device, and the circuit is automatically cut off when overloaded.
11) Inner hole locking device fixed pulley
Easy to assemble and disassemble. No traditional violent assembly and disassembly. Protect the main motor. This facilitates maintenance of the main motor and prolongs the service life of the main motor.
12)Discharge device
located at the bottom of the crusher, including the discharge port and screen plate and other components, control the discharge of finished materials, and screen the particle size, unqualified materials will continue to be broken in the chamber
