Flat Die Pellet Machines
Our flat die pellet machines can be devided into two series, KL series and MKL series pellet machines. Our KL and MKL series pellet machins can both make feed pellets and wood pellets, but the capacity of wood pellets is lower than that of making feed pellets. Our MKL series pellet machines has the special design for makingwood sawdust pellets.
Our pellet machines can be driven by electrical motor, diesel engine, gasoline engine and tractor for your choices. All of our PTO series pellet mills are driven by the tractor.

Advantage
- Dry in and dry out, no need for drying, the moisture content of raw materials is not lower than the national export moisture standard of 13%.
- It adopts a differential mechanism, universal joint transmission, and is equipped with a motor or diesel engine, which has low energy consumption, high output, and easy operation.
- The diameter of the flat molding wheel is not limited by the mold, which can increase the space for installing bearings. Selecting a large bearing increases the bearing capacity of the molding wheel, which not only improves the pressing force of the molding wheel, but also extends its service life.
- The flat-die pelletizer relies on the weight of the material itself to vertically enter the compression chamber. The advantage is that the compression roller and the flat die move vertically, avoiding wear from high-speed rotation and providing uniform feeding.
The pellets can be used in different areas, such as animal feeding, heating of the buildings, and the production of the manure. The major advantage of the pellets compared with other material, it can be easily handled, transported and stored for longer life.
Granulators are mainly divided into two categories according to their uses:
- Feed pellet machine: It includes ring mold feed pellet machine, flat mold feed pellet machine and roller feed pellet machine, which are mainly used to produce various feed pellets, such as small poultry pellets, fish feed pellets, rabbit feed pellets, pig feed pellets, etc.
- Straw pelletizer: This is a device that uses crop straw or sawdust as the main raw material. The cylindrical pellets produced by the straw pelletizing mechanism can be used as biomass fuel or livestock feed.
Pellet-Types
Here are the main types of pellets and the composition of starting material which can be used for pellet.
