Installation Steps:
- Cut the ground surface and excavate, ensuring a foundation base depth of approximately 800mm to 1130mm.
- Fill the bottom with 20-30mm pebble and sand to create a water seepage stratum.
- Embed the bollard, making sure the head is level with the ground.
- Install the wiring tube and drainage pipe, securing each wire with waterproof tape to prevent water vapor permeation.
- Power on to test the bollards and cover the head to protect it from concrete stains. Use structural adhesive to cover all drainage pipe holes.
- Pour concrete into the foundation base, taking care to avoid any movement of the bollard.
- Tidy up the bollard head and ground surface to complete the installation.
