- Hardness:
- Cast acrylic sheet has a relatively high hardness, with an average Rockwell hardness value of 90 degrees (imported cast sheets can reach around 89 degrees).
- Extruded sheets have a slightly lower hardness compared to cast sheets.
- Impact strength: Generally, the impact strength is ≥16 kilograms/cubic centimeter; there are differences in different qualities, for example, the notch impact strength is 20 (partial data).
- Tensile strength: ≥61 kilograms/cubic meter.
- Bending strength: For example, 108 MPa (partial data).
- Modulus of elasticity: 2.4 GPa (partial data).

- Heat distortion temperature: ≥78°C; some data shows that the heat distortion temperature is 100°C.
- Thermal softening temperature: ≥105°C.
- Continuous service temperature: Generally, it is recommended not to exceed 85°C.
