How Off-Road Grab Garbage Trucks Work
The grab bucket adopts an intermittent working system. The clockwise and counterclockwise rotation of the motor during operation are exactly the same, and the opening and closing of the grab bucket are controlled by the forward and reverse rotation of the oil pump. When the motor starts running, the hydraulic pump sends the hydraulic oil from the mailbox to the pressure pipeline through the suction valve, and then to one side of the cylinder piston through the one-way valve. The other side of the cylinder is connected to the return oil pipe. When the piston rod on the hydraulic cylinder contracts, the movable bucket petal opens, and when the piston rod extends, the movable bucket petal closes.
