Working Principle Of Heating Boiler Vehicle
Heating Boiler Vehicle is a highly efficient and energy-saving engineering machinery. It uses the power of the internal combustion engine to generate high-temperature steam through the combustion of fuel and then drives the vehicle to travel. The working principle can be summarized into the following steps: fuel supply, ignition, combustion, and steam drive.
The first is the fuel supply stage. boiler car uses the fuel supply system to store enough fuel in the fuel tank. When ignition is required, the fuel pump will draw the fuel from the fuel tank and it into the combustion chamber. Next comes the stage. After the high-pressure fuel injection pump sprays the fuel into the combustion chamber, the generates sparks to the fuel. After ignition, the temperature in the combustion chamber rises rapidly, and the pressure in the combustion chamber gradually increases.
Next is the combustion stage. In the combustion chamber, the high-temperature gas produced by combustion will diffuse rapidly, causing the pressure in the combustion chamber to continue to rise. At the same time, at the time predetermined by the program, the exhaust valve will open to discharge the smoke and other emissions in the combustion chamber. Finally, steam drive is the key to the operation of the boiler car. The high-temperature gas in the combustion chamber will heat the water in the boiler, causing the water to boil and form steam. This steam will be transported to the engine part through pipes to drive the vehicle. At the same time, under the set pressure, the steam will further drive the hydraulic system to enable the vehicle to complete various engineering operations.
