Product Description
RX-SJFJ-400model winding machine is specially used for three-dimensional amorphous winding iron core transformer coil. This model adopts the combination of a low-voltage foil winding machine and a three-dimensional triangular winding machine, which is integrated equipment designed and produced. It can be used as an ordinary foil winding machine and an automatic winding machine by replacing the Mahin winding head.
Equipment has two sets of main winding mechanisms, which can be carried out low-voltage foil winding and high-voltage winding simultaneously, significantly improving the winding efficiency of the equipment.
The foil coil takes copper or aluminum foil strips of different thicknesses as the conductor, wide-band insulating material as the interlayer insulation, cardboard strip insulating material or origami as the end insulation, and completes the winding on the foil winding machine at one time to form a coil. At the same time, complete the welding and external binding of the inner and outer leads of the coil. Various functions of the equipment provide sufficient support for making foil coils that meet the specification requirements. This machine is the necessary equipment for producing such electrical product parts.
