Product Feature: Colourless, transparent oily liquid, b. P. 216 oC(4mmHg), viscosity 14 c. P. (20 oC), refractive index 1.4434(20 oC).
Applications: This product can be used as cold-resistant flame retardant and plasticizer for vinyl resin, cellulose resin and synthetic rubber. It is also be used as a green solvent in hydrogen peroxide production process by Anthraquinone-method.
It is now chiefly used as a processing solvent, instead of hydroterpineol, for producing hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process. It is an ideal solvent in this process, for its low volatility and good extraction distribution coefficient.
It is also a cold-resisting and fire-retarding plasticizer applied in ethylenic and cellulosic resins, synthetic rubbers. The cold resisting property is superior to adipate esters.
Packing: 210L iron drum: 180kg/drum,
1000L IBC container: 850kg/container,
Storage: Keep packing container well-closed, and put in a light-proof, dry and cool place.
