Dustless blaster, also known as water sand blasting machine, wet sandblasting machine, etc. Dust-free sandblasting machine mixes sand or other abrasive in the water, by using high-pressure air, spray the abrasive on the processed objects surface with high speed through nozzles, to achieve the effect of cleaning the surface.
Dust-free blasting machine has higher efficiency than dry sandblasting machine, sand material consumption is also much less, it can also improve the surface cleanliness and finish degree, improve the surface strength and adhesion capacity, furthermore, it has no pollution to the environment. Dustless sandblasting machine's installation is easy, no need to prepare a separate workshop and can clean surfaces directly in the production line.
