Tscw-180s Semi-Closed Screw Type Water Chillers

TSWC/TWCA series semi- closed screw type water / air chillers which can be afforded cooling ranges from  5~35ºC, even lower to 3ºC (temperature controlled accuracy at ± 1ºC). The compressors' power ranges from 55HP ~ 223HP and cooling capacities from 126850~703480 kcal/hr. The chiller can accurately control the mold temperature to shorten the molding cycle, accelerate the product shape, so that the product neither deformation and shrinkage but also can improve the surface perfection, enhance the perspective rate, improve the quality of product.

1. To employ high precision microcomputer which can control temperature within ± 1ºC precisely.
2. To adopt imported semi-closed double-screw compressor and long service-life of bearing ensure long time operation and it is equipped with high-efficient motor that precisely control capacity to lead compressor power high efficiency.
3. Step-less compressor can realize cooling water temperature controlled precisely via continues adjusting within some ranges.
4. A full range of compressor volume ratio can be selected to effectively avoid excessive or insufficient energy comsumption.
5. To employ stainless steel insulated water tank with durable service life for easy cleaning and maintenance.
6. Complete safety devices including power reverse phase& power short phase and anti-freeze protection.
7. To adopt High efficiency tube-in-shell evaporator and seamless spiral copper tube, long service life, ensure good water quality.
8. To adopt High efficiency tube-in-shell condenser, fast heat-dispersion, greatly improve cooling speed result in excellent heat-exchange effect.
9. Standard equipped with RS485 communication interface that can realize automatic centralized monitoring.
10. Chillers for anti-alkaline& anti-acid type can be customize.
11. R134A/R407C/R410A ozone -friendly refrigerant are available for option. 
12. The temperature of the ultra-low temperature chiller can reach below -15ºC (option).
