1. PLC control system and man-machine interface touch panel, only need to input molding data, that is, automatic calculation of the required rotation speed, simple operation, and adopt unique compensation optimization, can accurately meter masterbatch and regrind material adding proportion.
2. The screw diameter is divided into 12, 16, 20, 24 and so on, providing 0.1-100kg/hr of different output for customers to choose, and double color screw doser, can be combined with any two screw doser according to customer needs.
3. The screw adopts chrome coating treatment, durable, screw installation angle can be adjusted, so it makes material feeding into the best condition.
4. 50 sets of parameter recipes are available for permanently recording and reading function, operating machines quickly without adjusting parameters again. It is easy to manage molding data and recipes.
5. Using DC brushless motor, reliable control, long service life, no maintenance.
6. Module dismantled design, easy for clean and change screw & sleeve.
7. Meet the requirements of external signal input, can be applied to extruder, just a little wiring conversion. And the extruder can be synchronized with the main screw acceleration, deceleration operation.
8. It can detect abnormal situation of masterbatch stuck and overloading. It will automatically stop machine and alarm to ensure the continuous normal operation of the machine.
9. Material level detection sensor is available as option, alarm for material shortage.
Screw doser is mainly used in injection molding and plastic processing industry, suitable for automatic proportion mixing of virgin material, regrind material, masterbatch or additives. It can ensure that the molding process can be easily and quickly according to the different percentage requirements of the raw material into a variety of uniform mixtures.
