The insulation piercing connectors are applicable for all types of LV-ABC conductors as well as connections in service line systems, building electrical systems,s and street lighting systems. Insulation-piercing connectors can be easily done by tightening the bolts to force the teeth to penetrate the insulation of the main line and tap line simultaneously. Stripping of insulation is avoided for both lines.

4. Special designed shear head bolt allows efficient installation under controlled shear torque which ensure the contact teeth properly penetrate the conductor without damaging the mechanical strength of the conductor
5. Tested for watertightness at the voltage of 6kV for 1min under water

7. Seals and grease are applied to prevent moisture entering the cable and connector which guarantees excellent waterproof and corrosion resistant performance

Mechanical performance:the grip force of the wire clamp is 1/10 bigger than the break fore of the lead,t comply with GB2314 -1997.
Temperature rise performance:under the condition of big current,the temperature rise of connector is less than that of connection lead.
Heat circle performance:conforms to GB/T2317.3- -2000,the heat circle trial standard for electric ftting.
Waterproof insulation performance:conforms to the relevant testing requirements in Part2 of GB/T13140.4- -1998.
Resistance to corrosion performance:under the condition of So2 and salt fog.it can do three times of fourteen days circletesting.
Environmental aging performance:under the circumstance of utraviolet,radiation,dry and moist,expose it with change of temperature and heat impulse for six weeks.
