Product Use: Designed for sliding with a ceramic piston, widely used in tension control, semiconductor spot welders, chip grinding, and automated control in mechanical equipment.

A cylinder is a cylindrical metal component guiding the linear reciprocating motion of a piston within. It converts thermal energy from air into mechanical energy; in compressor cylinders, it raises gas pressure through piston compression. Tungsten steel, known for its exceptional hardness, precision, and wear resistance, is used in the precision-machined tungsten steel cylinder, suitable for prolonged use with a ceramic piston in various mechanical equipment.

The cylinder is made of tungsten steel, while the piston is made of silicon nitride ceramic, precisely processed to enable smooth sliding compatibility. The dimensional specifications include:

The integral tungsten steel cylinder has an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.005, inner diameter tolerance of +0.004, roundness requirement of 0.002, and concentricity requirement of 0.01. The silicon nitride ceramic piston has an outer diameter tolerance of -0.004, perpendicularity tolerance of 0.01, concentricity tolerance of 0.01, true roundness tolerance of 0.01, and roundness requirement of 0.002. The external surface requires a finish of Ra0.2. The uniformity of dimensional tolerances ensures identical and smooth sliding compatibility between the silicon nitride ceramic piston and the integral tungsten steel cylinder.
