Thin Tungsten Wire
Thin Tungsten wire Bless provide is made of high quality tungsten raw materials, mainly used in the manufacture of tungsten yarn for safety gloves, tungsten filament for light source. Diamenter from 15um, 20um, 25um, 30um, 35um are mostly used by customer. We monitor the overall diameter uniformity and test the extension of the wire during process to ensure best performance.

Ensure thin wire straightness, we use high technology "3 Point 1 line" from wire relief to mold, and receiving smoothly without any curve.
Flaw Detection
Corresponding tests for each process of Tungsten wire. Under flaw detection, there are Grade A (2 crack points per 100 meters), B, C Grade. The more cracks, the more easily the filaments are broken during processing. We will choose different standard according different request for quality grade.
