For in-stock blank products, we only need to assemble and sign engraving; the production cycle is generally within 2-3 days.

If you don't find a style you like, please email or WhatsApp us your use scenario. We'll send you a tailored product album for selection. Share the required quantity and use date, and our foreign trade manager will respond within an hour with professional advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production begins and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Each production line is equipped with an ERP quality management system. Employees follow system standards to ensure product consistency, with 100% inspections before packaging and QC random checks pre-delivery. All shipments comply with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Free spot samples are available, and for customized products, we may offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We formalize our agreement with a detailed contract before production begins.
