For blank products in stock, assembly and signature engraving are all that’s needed, with a production cycle of typically 2-3 days.

For orders under $500, shipping costs might surpass the product value.(Please assess the value of your purchase carefully to optimize cost savings)

2. How to order?
If our current selection does not meet your needs, please share your specific requirements and use scenario with us via email or WhatsApp. We will promptly send you a tailored product catalog for your selection. Provide us with the desired quantity and usage date, and our foreign trade manager will contact you within an hour with expert advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

Every product undergoes 100% inspection before packaging, with random QC checks before delivery. All products are shipped in compliance with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. We offer free spot samples and can provide free proofing or waive mold fees for custom products, depending on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will formalize the agreement with a detailed contract before production begins.
Additionally, we offer multiple reliable payment methods.
Prior to mass production, we provide a proofing sample for your approval, ensuring subsequent manufacturing aligns with the accepted sample.
Upfront payment is typically required as we need to procure raw materials, set up production lines, and allocate other resources to your order. This approach ensures timely manufacturing and precise adherence to delivery schedules.
Should you receive a defective or subpar product, we will take the following steps to resolve the issue:
Promptly inform our customer after-sales team about the issue. They will swiftly get in touch to understand the specifics and work towards a resolution.
We will request detailed information about the product issue, including photos, descriptions, or any other relevant evidence. This assists us in accurately identifying and addressing the problem.
