Double shaft shredder
Double shaft shredder also named shearing machine, by cutting, tearing and extruding to reduce the materials' size, widely used in area of waste plastic, waste rubber, wood, crop straw, automobile recycling…etc, this is a quality and reliable equipment in recycling business.
1. Feed Hopper: Put the material to be crushed, so as to prevent the material from splashing out.2. Double Shaft Cutting System: Using different blades according customers' material.
3. Power System: We choose famous brands of motor in China, can also be configured according to customer needs.
4. Discharging Conveyor System: It adopts independent power system, and that power system is integrally fixed on the shredder by bolts, so that thepower system can be integrally drawn out.
Shredder machine are used for pre-crushing of materials like plastic barrel, plastic drum, plastic bottle, PP woven jumbo bag etc., which are hard to crush using common granulator. The Pre-crushed materials can increases granulator's capacity, life time of granulator's blades.3.
Double shaft shredder is to cut and shred the materials through the relative rotating of the two sets of cutter shaft, the mutual shearing among the blades of moving knives & the cutter heads and the distance sleeves. The outlet-material control of double-shaft shredder is adopted the network design, the width and length of outlet-materiala is deter-mined on the width of the cutter, and the distance of cutter heards . Two groups of cutter shaft is rotating on different speed which lead to the shearing and shredding materials simultaneously, it improves the efficlency of shredding.
