The procedure includes a critical heat treatment, external sandblasting for a pristine finish, and mouth thread processing, enhanced by internal sandblasting or phosphating. Each cylinder undergoes rigorous water pressure testing, valve installation, and an airtightness test. The process concludes with a protective plastic spray, thorough drying, diligent inspection, and careful storage, guaranteeing a cylinder that meets the highest standards.
2, Steel Pipe Spinning Method:

The journey begins with precise sawing and cutting of the steel pipe, followed by induction heating to prepare for the spinning bottom sealing. This is succeeded by meticulous milling of the inner bottom and another phase of induction heating for end closing spins. Each cylinder is rigorously tested for water pressure and airtightness, followed by valve installation, plastic spraying, drying, and final inspection.
