FORWARD C2 Ultralight is a full hydraulic top head drive diamond core-drilling rig with 1.7 meterfeed travel and 3 meter rod hauling capability.
The rig is equipped with a hollow shaft Rineer Rotation Drill Head, which was originally developed for the oil field industry.The drill head hinges to oneside, for clear access to the drill string.
Depending on the helicopter size the rig can be picked up as a single unit or split into two to fit the capabilities of say a Bell206 Jetranger. The total weight fully assembled is approximately 1000 kg.
