Hazard and risk management
HARA plan with clear product scope was established and maintained based on the codex Alimentarius HACCP principles.The potential hazards for all steps were identified and conducted hazard analysis and control measure are established, monitored, verified and recorded.
Product safety and quality management
1.Product specifications covers packaging material, raw material and finished product that adequate and accurate requirement as standard such as migration limit, heavy metal and other performances and requirements from customer.
2.Manufacturing plan is established and implemented according to prescriptive specifications.
3.QA team performs incoming quality checking for each batch of raw material, packaging materials;Process inspection are arranged each hour with at least 1 QA staff in each workshop to make sure the product with same spec and packaging as required; Finished products inspection are arranged before delivery;
4.Using quality control traceability system makes it easy to track every part and product throughout the manufacturing process, from the moment when raw materials enter the factory to the moment when final products are shipped.
