2. Equipment performance
3. The front frame is equipped with a swing frame (oil and gas spring shock absorber can be installed), which increases the swing angle of the front and rear bodies in the vertical plane, so that the whole vehicle can land on all wheels on muddy and pothole roads, and more effectively improves the adhesion performance of the wheels and the vehicle's passability.
4. The power system adopts Deutz water-cooled engine (export type) or Cummins water-cooled engine. The water-cooled engine has low noise and long life;
5. The transmission system adopts Dana torque converter and gearbox integrated power shift gearbox and Dana front and rear drive axle, which is reliable to use and has strong climbing ability.
6. The cab adopts ergonomic design, has ROPS/FOPS certificate, and is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioners, which improves driving comfort and safety.
7. The main components of the hydraulic system are imported brand products to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic system.
8. The braking system adopts a dual-circuit hydraulic braking system, using products from the world-renowned Italian brand SAFIM. The working brake is a fully enclosed wet multi-disc hydraulic brake, and the emergency brake and parking brake are hydraulically released spring brakes, which effectively ensure braking safety.
9. In order to effectively ensure low pollutant emissions, Cummins National IV water-cooled engine or Deutz Euro III water-cooled engine is used to make the exhaust emissions meet national emission standards, and the exhaust noise is greatly reduced.
10. The frame adopts post-weld annealing and shot blasting treatment to eliminate welding stress and ensure the quality of the whole machine.
11. The cab is equipped with an on-board computer system, which can display the engine status and protection information, driving speed information, and fault information in real time to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle.
