Manufacturing Process |
UNIKO Synthetic Resin Tile adopts Europe advanced co- extrusion technology, using ASA high weather resistant engineering plastic and PVC (polyvinyl chloride resin) as main material, mixing anti-UV agent, shielding agent, anti- oxidant, modifier and other super weathering chemical ingredients.

Main tiles are nude packing. The accessories are packed with packing paper.
Suggest the length less than 5.75 m for 20'GP container.
Suggest the length less than 11.75 m for 40'GP/HQ container.
Suggest overall weight less than 28 tons per container.
Installation and Precaution |
1. Measurement and preparation
The length and width of the roof need to be measured first to calculate how many resin tiles are needed. At the same time, you need to prepare tools, such as ladders, electric drills, cutting tools, rulers, ink pens, etc.
2. Clean the roof surface
Before installing the resin tile, the roof surface needs to be cleaned to ensure that the tile can be laid flat. Cleaning the roof surface can be done by removing residue, garbage, fallen leaves, dirt, etc.
3. Install the roof foundation
After the roof surface is cleaned, the roof foundation needs to be installed. These foundations are usually made of wooden planks and need to be properly installed on the roof to ensure that the resin shingles can be securely fastened to the foundation.
4. Install resin tiles
Resin tiles can be installed on the roof in various ways, such as being fixed to the foundation with screws. The spacing between the tiles needs to be even, and the tiles can be sized to fit the roof shape with the cutting tool.
5. Install the ridge
After installing the resin tile, a ridge needs to be installed to cover the highest point of the roof. The ridge usually consists of two parts and needs to be properly installed at both ends of the roof and secured with screws.
6. Clean-up work
