3.The Whole Line Process

3.1 Description of the Action Flow

3.1.1 Single cell processing section



Action Flow and Configuration:
Action process: Manually push the pallet containing the battery cell into the positioning mechanism for positioning, a total of 4 receiving storage positions, to achieve one standby and one use, two placing the battery cell positioning foam area, car detection or the battery cell pallet in place, the six-axis robot automatically grasp the battery cell to the charging level of the battery cell, the robot palm with CCD vision system, anti-fall, anti-short circuit, insulation functions.

3.1.2 Module Stack Holding Section


Action Flow and Configuration:
Action flow: The thrower will stack the battery cells on the front line body on the stacking platform, and the platform will move horizontally after the stacking is completed.
Action process: manually release the end plate of the module, pre-release the bottom steel belt, the manual start button automatically tightens the core module, and after the tightness is completed, the lower steel belt of the manual sleeve pre-release and the upper steel belt of the installation module are carried out.


3.1.3 Module welding section

Action Flow and Configuration:
Action Process: Module jacking positioning, the three-axis module drives the CCD vision system to locate the pole pole Mark point on the module, perform visual polarity detection according to the pole direction, and save the core code, NG flows into the NG channel, the jacking mechanism descends, sweep the module code, visual detection uploads OK and NG data, pole coordinate data position, and binding data uploads MES.
