HB-3000B Brinell Hardness Tester
HB-3000B Brinell hardness tester is a desktop hardness tester, suitable for Brinell hardness of annealed and normalized workpieces, cast parts, non-ferrous metals and softer parts or unquenched steel parts. The machine is solid, rigid, accurate, reliable, durable, and has high test efficiency. Accuracy conforms to GB/T231.2, ISO6506-2 and American ASTM E10. It is suitable for measurement, metal metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery manufacturing, industry and scientific research units of colleges and universities.
Weight loading test force:
The test force is applied to the specimen through a lever system. A replaceable weight group is hung on the lifting ring on the long arm of the large lever. The application of the test force is carried out through a single-chip microcomputer controlled low-speed motor, which is installed on the fuselage. The force generated when the weight falls is transmitted to the indenter by the large and small levers, the pressing shaft, and the main shaft.
Electronic reversing switch:
The dwell time is completed by the single-chip microcomputer, with high precision, and the time can be set arbitrarily.
