High-alumina self-flowing refractory castables are based on high-strength low-cement castables with self-flowing agents, anti-explosion agents and a certain amount of mineralizers. There is no need for forming vibration during construction, which can reduce noise, improve the environment and reduce labor intensity. And it has the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, high refractoriness, good fluidity, strong resistance to peeling and wear resistance, and convenient construction.
High-aluminum self-flowing refractory castables are generally in the mixing equipment, and the wet mixing time is about 6 minutes. Although corundum fine powder affects the flow performance of the self-flowing material, it can improve the refractory performance of the matrix in the self-flowing castable, and can be added appropriately. It is not easy to add too much or too little ultra-fine powder in the high-alumina self-flowing castable. The general addition is 7%~9%. The water reducing agent needs to be added separately, which can improve the flow performance and mechanical properties of the high-alumina self-flowing castable , the amount added should be controlled within the range.
