Q4: How could I get the spares on machines?
A4: We will send extra sets of easy broken spares and accessories, like blade, knife head, PVC hose, screw rod etc. Non-artificial damaged spares will be sent freely and shipping free during 1 year's warranty.

Q5: Is there any insurance which I pay for to guarantee I will get the right machine?

Q6: What's the payment terms and trade terms for customers?
A6: You need to pay 30% as prepayment at first, then we will start to make production. When the machine is completed, we will send pictures or videos to you, and then you need to pay the balance. We will ship the machine to you after we receive your full payment.

Q7: How long is the delivery time?
A7: For standard machines, it will be 7-10 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to clients' specific requirements, it will be 15 to 30 days.

Q8: Do I need to pay for the extra cost like tax or duty?
